Dr. Kathryn Woodall, DC, has been involved in the healing arts for the last 12+ years using techniques that include chiropractic, meridian therapy, and nutrition. She and her husband live in Kansas and are enjoying the many benefits that CST is bringing into their lives.

In the city that never sleeps, amongst flashing billboards, the clang of slot machines and the constant ebb and flow of traffic, there occurred a gathering which left all who attended a little the richer for the experience. Not because of a jackpot, but because of the transformational forces which accompany Scott Sonnon’s Three-Winged CST® System.

RMAX Head Coaches Ryan Hurst and Joseph Wilson presented a Prasara™ Yoga seminar to a group that ranged from certified instructors to complete beginners. Over the course of the full day event, the two highly talented men took turns leading the class with skill and passion. Anytime someone became stuck on an issue, one of the coaches provided immediate personal attention to help them solve their problem. Though I am uncertain as to how they did it, the rest of the class was always occupied with learning, so that when the student gained the new skill he or she was able to seamlessly blend back into the group. The constant flow of knowledge, as well as tips, well timed jokes, and plenty of encouragement, made the day pass quickly.

Attendees who were already Certified CST Instructors gained new insight into how to improve both their individual performance and their teaching ability, while beginners walked away with a higher level of skill than they could possibly have achieved in one day or even in a few months without the personal instruction provided by the Head Coaches.

Occasionally, amid the learning and the laughter it would occur to me that the Head Coaches were both men with long lists of accomplishments, men who could have maintained a personal distance and demonstrated to all involved just how much more skilled they were than anyone else in the group. Not once did either of them even hint at this. For me, that demonstrated more than anything else could have that these men truly believe that anyone who chooses to do the work can attain skill equal to theirs, and that knowledge is to be had in the most unexpected places if one is willing to be open to it. While the same is likely to be the case at the next CST seminar that I attend, I also feel it’s safe to say that both Head Coaches will be even more skilled and knowledgeable the next time we meet.

I believe that all of the attendees of this Las Vegas seminar left with a much greater ability to touch the essence of Prasara Yoga– “Flow Without Thought.” There is nothing quite like a live CST seminar, and I highly recommend signing up to anyone who thinks they might be even a little bit interested. The payoff for the money invested is hard to beat, even in Vegas.
